How long does will it take to receive my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been processed. Depending on your location, it typically takes 7-15 business days for orders to arrive once shipped from our location in Los Angeles, CA.
What's the expiration date of my package?

To determine the expiration date, locate the six-digit code found on the border of the package (it should begin with the number 1 or 2). It conveys the month, date, and year of when that package was manufactured and is deciphered by placing the first digit between the last and second to last digits in the sequence. For example, a code of 203171 would be read as 03-17-21 or March 17, 2021. All mixes last for three years from the manufacture date, so this hypothetical package would expire in March of 2024.
