Hermanita Thai Yellow Curry



Vegan - Allergen Free - Non-GMO


You will need:

-One can coconut milk or coconut cream (about 14-16oz)

-Roughly two cups of freshly diced vegetables like bell peppers, mushrooms, and peas

-One cup protein like cooked meat or tofu (optional)



1. Mix package contents with coconut milk in large pot or wok on stovetop over medium heat stirring occassionally with whisk. Mix well.


2. Once mixture starts to simmer, add vegetables and continue stirring. Allow vegetables to soften to preferred taste. Add protein if desired.


3. Serve over rice or noodles and enjoy!
